1. Safety First: All members must adhere to the safety rules and regulations of the club at all times. This includes wearing appropriate safety gear, handling firearms responsibly, and following all instructions given by club staff / posted signage. New and existing Members are expected to complete an annual safety orientation each year.

2. Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. This includes respecting other members' space and time, keeping noise levels to a minimum, and refraining from any form of harassment or discrimination.

3. Care for Club Property: Members are responsible for any club property they use, including firearms, targets, and facilities. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in penalties.

4. Filling Machines: Members are responsible for filling their own machines with clay targets after they are done shooting Trap or Skeet. If a member physically unable to fill machines please notify club staff accordingly. Members must handle the machines with care and follow the provided instructions to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.

5. Cleanliness: Members are expected to clean up after themselves. This includes disposing of used target boxes, shell casings, and any other trash in the provided receptacles.

6. Guests: Members may bring guests to the club to experience the facility before purchasing a membership, but are responsible for their guests' behavior and adherence to club rules.

7. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or use of drugs before or during the use of firearms is strictly prohibited. Any member found to be under the influence while at the club will be asked to leave immediately and their membership will be permanently revoked.

8. Payment of Fees: Membership fees and any other charges incurred must be paid on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership.

9. Adherence to Laws: Members must comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to firearms and their use. Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of membership and will be reported to law enforcement.

10. Reporting of Incidents: Any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns must be reported to club staff immediately.

11. Club Hours: Depending on your membership type hours are subject to change based on season, weather conditions, and special events. Any changes to the club hours will be communicated to members in advance. Members are expected to respect these hours and ensure they complete their activities and exit the premises within the designated times. Failure to adhere to club hours may result in penalties or termination of your membership. Please note that certain facilities within the club may have different operating hours. Always check the specific hours for each facility before planning your visit.

12. Membership Eligibility: Membership is open to all individuals who are legally allowed to possess firearms and who agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the New Pioneer Gun Club.

13. Membership Fees: Membership fees are due at the time of application and are non-refundable. Fees are subject to change at the discretion of the club management.

14. Liability: The club is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage sustained by members or their guests while on club premises. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the club from any claims arising from their use of the club's facilities.

15. Termination of Membership: The club reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of club rules, non-payment of fees, or behavior detrimental to the club or its members.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.

17. Promatic Bird Card: The New Pioneer Gun Club offers the Promatic Bird Card as an additional service for members to enjoy clay target rounds. It is important to note that the club is not responsible for lost or misplaced Promatic Bird Cards.

a. Lost Cards: In the event that a member loses their Promatic Bird Card, the club will not be held responsible for replacing the lost rounds. The club will not transfer lost birds from the lost card to a new card or provide any compensation for the lost rounds.

By becoming a member of the New Pioneer Gun Club, individuals agree to abide by these rules and terms. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of membership.
